Job Position: - Customer Support Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Talks to customers over the call to resolve their questions or concerns
- Maintains and updates customer information as necessary
- Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
- Responds to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations
- Tracks call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education and Experience:
- 12th and Degree preferred.
- Double dose vaccinated.
- Residence should be less than 25kms from the office to get 2 ways free transportation.
- Phone-related customer service a major plus
- Strong listening/comprehension skills
- Ability to stay composed and objective
- Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude
Freshers should have their PAN card.
Package:
Fresher: 2.6LPA (TH 22k)
Experience: 3.0LPA (TH 25k) + Incentive + Night Shift Allowance.
