Job Description

Job Position: - Customer Support Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Talks to customers over the call to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Maintains and updates customer information as necessary
  • Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
  • Responds to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations
  • Tracks call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Education and Experience:
  • 12th and Degree preferred.
  • Double dose vaccinated.
  • Residence should be less than 25kms from the office to get 2 ways free transportation.
  • Phone-related customer service a major plus
  • Strong listening/comprehension skills
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
  • Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude

Freshers should have their PAN card.

Package:

Fresher: 2.6LPA (TH 22k)

Experience: 3.0LPA (TH 25k) + Incentive + Night Shift Allowance.
