Application Developer-Fircosoft Continuity
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas.
- May include hands-on new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications.
- Works closely with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes.
- Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations.
Qualifications
- Fircosoft Continuity (Version 6) for real time transaction screenings
- Java-based environment
- Experience developing, deploying, configuring, and patching Fircosoft
- Ability to continually improve the Fircosoft
- Security/upgrades and /adding/consolidating new workstreams
- Extracts, imports
- Previous Java experience is a big plus
- Apache and Tomcat
- Oracle & SQL Server
- Experience in Cloud environments (Kubernetes) is highly preferred
- Financial services industry experience is highly preferred
