JOB Description



The Office of Information Services (OIS) is a shared service providing IT support to DHS and OHA. OIS is in the process of migrating DHS/OHA to Microsoft Office 365. One of the components of this migration is moving all Outlook mailboxes to Exchange Online and moving home directories to OneDrive for Business.

The work to be done by the Contractor is to use C#, PowerShell, and Microsoft Office 365 Graph API to write scripts to automate changes to Microsoft OneDrive accounts (e.g., automating changes needed when people leave the organization). Work will also include testing and validation of scripting and providing complete documentation of scripts created.

Requires knowledge/expertise with C# and PowerShell

Prefer knowledge of Microsoft Office365 Graph API



Responsible for developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining web-based application systems. Troubleshoots system problems and issues and looks for ways to improve the application. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least at least nine years or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field (i.e., HTML, Java, etc.) Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
