Develop voice, text, and chat software solutions for contact centers. Support all outbound multimedia applications, corresponding business transactions, and production support. Define multimedia requirements and build, configure, and implement multimedia applications utilizing conversational AI. Devise and present solutions to ensure buy-in by both business and technical teams. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to multimedia products as a result of alerts or complaints including identification of root cause and prevention measures. Participate in implementation and support expansion of new conversational AI initiatives. Interface with QA and business users on need basis for any issues or challenges. Design user experience for multimedia applications. Analyze architecture and relationship between systems and systems flow. Deliver multimedia user interface design documentation outlining backend interfaces to support business functionality and application development.
Full-time telecommuting is permitted.
Five years of experience in software development/engineering. Must have experience with: Multimedia (chat, text, or voice) application development; Leading a scrum application development team; Coding in Java and coding business logic in a multi-tier environment; Building conversational flows using conversational AI development framework and tools; Application reporting; Implementing NLU-based multimedia solutions; Content Management Software like Alfresco or Drupal; Cloud-based technologies; SpringBoot or Spring framework; Restful services; Maven; Tomcat; OracleDB2; Junit; Kubernetes; Microservices; Kafka; OpenShift; Splunk; Jenkins; GitHub; New Relic; Dynatrace; Quay; Hermes; AgroCD; Agile (SCRUM) Methodology.
Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in computers or engineering
