Provide technical leadership for ongoing initiatives within OIA to evolve AI, ML, IDP, Conversational AI, and Robotics capabilities. Resolve short- and long-term production issues on the solution/code and automation platform. Organize and participate in agile ceremonies. Develop processes and models that establish a balance between stability and delivery speed. Improve emergency response procedures for production issues. Develop procedures to expedite POCs for new products and solutions. Responsible for monitoring, health-checking, issue reporting, issue triaging, incident management, and reporting for all production robots. Partner with multiple delivery leads to plan Automation solutions from onboarding into production. Lead high priority issues impacting production automations and facilitate resolution between multiple teams. Manage escalations and ensure proper resolutions. Identify process improvement opportunities and incorporate them into the process model. Educate vendor resources on company processes and policies as necessary. Partial virtual/work from home benefit available.
Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field and 5 years of IT experience (or a Masters Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field and 3 years of IT experience). Must have experience with: Splunk; Dynatrace; production issues; cloud services; and intelligent automation products such as UiPath, IDP, AI, ML, and Conversational AI.
