Position Description

• Design and develop a new Umbraco 8+ CMS website to replace the current justicecourt.maricopa.gov website. Candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather design requirements
• Provide one or more mockups of the website design
• Implement the website layout into a new Umbraco project
• Design the website back office to empower users to manage their custom content
• Create a brand book to define branding styles and guidelines
• Author technical documentation regarding the website's technical requirements and maintenance procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills Required

• create custom images (bitmap and vector) using Photoshop and Illustrator, or comparable graphics tools
• Fluent in the following markups, languages, and frameworks: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Razor
• Good communication skills

Experience Required

• 3+ years of website design
• 3+ years of graphic design of custom artwork/images
• 3+ years of ASP.NET application development in a professional capacity

Experience Preferred

• 1+ years of professional experience implementing websites in Umbraco 7 (or higher)
• 1+ years of using version control systems to organize and manage prototypes and releases

Education Required

• HS Diploma OR GED

Education Preferred

• Any certifications in graphic design and/or ASP.NET development
