Scope:

Key job responsibilities:

Tracking activities to support day-to-day demand-supply operations:

•  Track manufacturing performance vs. plan


• Manufacturing receipts


• Shipments


• Daily inventory


• Maintain master list of order demand change requests


• Detailed information about the change


•  Order change tracking


• Maintain notes of discussions in focused meetings


• Publish follow-up actions from daily meetings

Product code set up

• Set up product codes as needed


• Track the workflow in the system to comple


•  Maintain overall tracking sheet showing status


•  Order maintenance as needed

Planning System maintenance (SAP-IBP)

•  Update routings


•  Update sourcing plans

•  Comfortable working across multiple Excel files


• Able to learn and maintain data in multiple systems


•  Strong attention to detail


•  Good communication skill


• Ability to work cross functionally (Planning, Customer Service, Manufacturing)

• Location: USA - NY - Corning, ( 100% on-site)


• Duration of contract: 6 Months


• Education/ Experience: Educational requirement is 2 or 4 year degree.
