Roles and Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of customer issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems and drive resolutions.

  • Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback.
  • Document knowledge as solution articles.
  • Master the use of a help desk software.

Qualification:PUC and Any Graduate

Languages:English and Hindi, any regional languages
