Roles and Responsibilities:
Resolve queries and concerns with 100% customer satisfaction. Prior experience in customer support executive.
Proficient in English ,
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Handling irate customers,
Experience - 1 year to 4 years Mandatory,
Qualification: Any graduates can apply
Salary : 20k to 25k ,
Level of Hire: 1 year to 3 years can apply,
Location: Tin factory_Bangalore,
Week offs: 1 Rotational off ( b/w Monday to Friday)
Working Days: 6 Days working,
Working Hours: Day shift.
