We schedule product demonstration appointments that introduce clients to the car of their dreams.

Appointment Coordinators are responsible for learning the basics of the Lincoln and Subaru product. The main goal of the Appointment Coordinator is to get clients in the door by setting a product demonstration appointment. This person is also responsible for following up frequently with potential clients and answering dealership- and inventory-related questions until the appointment is confirmed and the client is transitioned to a product specialist. Detailed notes kept in the CRM tool will be required with every client interaction.

Once the client schedules an appointment, the Appointment Coordinator is responsible for updating the Sales Manager. If an appointment cannot be scheduled, it is still the Appointment Coordinator's responsibility to ensure the client has an exceptional experience with our dealership. Appointment Coordinators are the dealership's first point of contact for new clients, therefore it is important for Appointment Coordinators to build trust with new clients.
