Are you friendly, outgoing, and enjoy talking with people? We are looking for a part-time Appointment
Setter / Brand Ambassador with a go-getter attitude and winning smile to generate appointments with
store members.
Currently hiring for the following locations: Goleta, Lompoc, Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, Atascadero,
Salinas, Seaside, Watsonville, Gilroy & Soquel.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiate conversation, smile, and talk with members.
- You will create an excellent first impression, present our services, qualify members and generate
leads for either a tune-up or free consultation
- As an important part of our company, youll receive

Requirements
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- MUST have a clean-cut professional appearance
- Reliable and active communication (smartphone)
- A reliable source of personal transportation
- Experience with lead generation is a plus
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Must be legal to work in the US
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited
experience and education
- A job for which all 18 and up, including older job seekers, are also encouraged to apply
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

PAY
- $15.50 per hour + $5 for every lead set and ran + $100 for every converted lead into sale
