The Appointment Setter assists the agents by setting quality appointments. They manage the logistics of the appointment setting and communicate with clients to identify their needs and qualifications.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties - Set quality appointments for agents
- Offer to reschedule appointments as needed
- Work to create the most opportunity for assigned agents with logistics of travel
- Assist clients by documenting changes that may be needed for their estate plan and sending to the client for details and signatures
- Contact the clients successor trustees to obtain the clients updated contact information, as needed
- Record detailed notes and updates in the clients files to ensure thorough communication with the assigned agent
- Performs other responsibilities, as requested or assigned by management
- Performs other miscellaneous duties, as requested or assigned by management
Requirements - Strong customer service and administrative skills.
- Ability to educate client on the importance of the review process.
- Ability to overcome objections in setting appointments.
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
- Fluency and adaptability with technology.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
