Description:

As a Workfront Architect, you will be responsible for architecting and designing Workfront implementations, and leading Workfront development teams. You will interact with business and IT teams and will lead all implementation activities on Workfront.

The candidate will bring strategic and tactical experience to deliver Workfront experience to our clients. The Workfront Architect will be responsible for leading workflow management engagements in client facing positions. The candidate will own the architecture and design of complex solutions, while leading a team of technologists responsible for executing on the strategy laid out by the architect.

The candidate will own design elements and provide approvals on designs elements submitted by team members. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that client systems accurately meet the defined expectations and objectives of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance and security requirements are closely monitored by working with the project teams. The candidate must also be able to identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches. The candidate must have experience providing level of effort and ROM estimates for technical solutions, as well as managing teams of technical leads and developers. The Workfront Architect will also be the final reviewer and approver on all client documentation and will be responsible for training clients as well as presenting solution recommendations both internally and in client facing scenarios.


Responsibilities:

  • Leading client and agency teams in Digital Transformation projects surrounding workflow management
  • Designing and developing architecture for Workfront & integrations with Marketing Automation platforms, CMS & other applicable applications
  • Leading strategy and architecture sessions and communicating design options to clients
  • Defining client system landscapes to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a solution
  • Assessing and prescribing remediation for Workfront
  • Partnering with clients to ensure they understand design options and recommendations

Requirements

  • 5+ years end to end implementation experience with Workfront
  • 7+ years of relevant technology consulting or industry experience
  • Experience leading complex marketing process conversations to help drive workflow designs
  • Experience leading teams (on and offshore) and technology engagements, including client and consulting staff
  • Strong communication skills (interactions with executive clients and sponsors)
  • Experience leading multiple large full lifecycle Workfront implementations
  • Experience integrating Workfront with CMS, Marketing Automation Systems and other cross-channel campaign execution systems
  • Experience onboarding new user groups to the tool and process, leveraging change management best practices
  • Experience with selling to C-level executives and other business development activities
  • Preferred:
    • Adobe Workfront Project Manager, Core Developer, and/or Core Developer Expert certification(s)
  • Experience in developing practical solutions and methodologies; developing "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents.
  • Participation in public speaking events; publishing in industry periodicals

Compensation:

The salary range listed is for informational purposes. TA Digital treats all applicants as individuals taking into consideration but not limited to their professional and academic experience, specialized training, certifications and associated responsibilities as it relates to our specific industry. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for each unique employee. An estimated base salary of $165K $185K plus a 10% variable component is anticipated for this role in the US.
