JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct research on project requirements, local building codes, and zoning regulations.
• Assist in developing project programs and requirements based on client input and functional considerations.
• Develop conceptual and schematic designs under the supervision of a licensed architect.
• Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree
