Develop project design drawings for assigned states in accordance with Architect’s designs parameters. Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings, and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data. Bring together structural, mechanical, and electrical designs and create a way or method of accurately arranging them to produce building designs that are understandable and feasible. Lay out and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings, using computer-assisted drafting equipment and software. Study and investigate the most current building practices, designs and materials used in our market and make recommendations accordingly. Keep all files and/or drawings organized and up to date in both physical and electronic libraries. Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements.

Requires at least two years of experience drawing scale plans for constructions projects.
