Your role is to manage and expand AVA's property footprint in your designated territory by building relationships with local leasing agents and property managers and showcasing our services' value to their tenants.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Excellent negotiating and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.

Compensation:
- $40k Yearly base
- $48K at risk commission based on goal achievement
- Monthly residual commission based on portfolio size
