Area Coordinator / Factory Location: Aloha, OR
Duration: 5 months, extendable
OTD is looking for an experienced Area Coordinator or motivated individual to work with the senior AC to strategically plan factory space, define and manage install milestones for first-of-a-kind factory equipment, and interface with various partners to ensure on-time equipment readiness. The individual will engage in tool install activities in both Aloha and Ronler Acres.
The OTD AC tactically manages tool install timelines and ensures key milestones are met, coordinates and approves e-requests for the factory - ensuring impactive work is well planned and communicated and drives effective solutions to install-related challenges as they arise. The AC takes a leadership role within OTD to ensure tool install designs are thorough and scalable for our HVM partners.
MUST-HAVE Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-direction, integrity, good teamwork, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
- MS skills- Word/Excel
- tool install skills
Good-to-Have exp:
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of Client Base build and Tool Install processes.
