Under the guidance of the Enterprise Services Manager (ESM) or Area Operations Manager (AOM), the Area Customer Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting daily operations, implementations, expansions, and administration of Managed Services Accounts within an assigned operational area. This position involves diverse tasks supporting customer accounts in external facilities and requires versatility to adapt to various industries.

Key Duties:

Support daily operations for contracted services at customer accounts within a defined geographical area.
Assist in process improvement, procedural testing, and validation, ensuring field compliance with operational best practices.
Aid Field Implementation Managers in implementing new customer accounts and service expansions.
Contribute to onboarding new team members and cross-training peers.
Develop Site Procedure Guides and share best practices within the assigned geographical area.
Conduct routine inspections of site services for accuracy and compliance with safety standards.
Provide feedback on site experience to improve customer and internal satisfaction.
Stand in for absences or vacations, including potential site management responsibilities.
Execute and support all aspects of services, involving travel to various accounts.
Maintain a customer-focused environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and escalating issues as needed.
Communicate effectively and respond promptly to customer and end-user inquiries.
Collect data and contribute to the Monthly Operations Review as directed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience; post-high school education encouraged.
Ability to relocate between locations in one day as business requires, covering accounts within 40-50 miles.
May require a valid, violation-free driver’s license, reliable transportation, and minimum auto insurance coverage per company policy.
Intermediate skill level on common software applications, including file folder management and navigating network production folders.
Timely submission of monthly expenses following proper coding requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to work in a team environment and maintain positive relationships with co-workers.
Adaptability, high motivation, and a sense of urgency in changing situations.
Basic math skills and sound decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and computers.
Excellent oral communication skills and ability to resolve customer-related issues.
Troubleshooting and coordination of problem resolution.
Proficient in comprehending and translating written and verbal instructions from customers.
Working Conditions:

Typically, an office or warehouse environment with normal temperature, lighting, and noise levels.
Diversified work assignments with exposure to conditions that could result in minor cuts.
Physical effort may be required, involving standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing, or lifting items up to 50 lbs.
Moderate dexterity with the regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination).
Frequent local car travel may be necessary.
Schedule flexibility required, with varying hours depending on site requirements.
