Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare / Maintain / Update the various HR Reports on Daily, weekly, and monthly bases and share with your reporting manager. (Employee Database, Payroll Management, Performance Management System, Attendance, Leave Record, Exit Formalities etc.).
- Manage your executive (Recruitment, Retention, Performance etc.), and achieve department goals.
- Follow guidelines and SOP of the HR department.
- Manages and rolls out the Induction program for new joiners as well interns too.
- Maintain/Update RAG report and Responsible for the close position in the given timeline.
- Support department heads in recruitment, scheduling rotations, assignments monitoring, coaching, job transfer, position upgradation and advising managers on training and coaching.
- Inter coordination with department heads in preparation and rollout of Incentive Policy, Promotion Policy, Career Progression, referral incentive as well verify the same as per the requirement.
- Prepare / Maintain / Update the employee and organization data (online / offline) to comply with Country, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation. (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shop Act, etc).
- Help in HR operations as per requirement. (Sourcing, recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, and counseling employees in turnaround time.
- Manages employee grievances and tracks the record of the same.
- Accomplishes additional task / activity / project given by HR Manager in turnaround time. (Take Order, Follow Order and Achieve the task as per system and process).
