RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals (monthly and annual) within the assigned area.
2. Prospect new customers.
3. Establish productive, professional relationships with key accounts.
4. Provide detailed monthly and annual sales forecast.
5. Submit activity reports on market and competition within the assigned area.
6. Determine customer requirements and provide solutions to exceed customer expectations.
7. Conduct, study and develop market proposals.
8. Gather and report customer concerns to the Sales Director.
9. Maintain updated understanding of industry trends, technical developments, and government regulations that effect target markets.
10. Assist the Technical Sales Officer and the Marketing team in technical and/or marketing events and activities.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelors Degree
2. At least 2 years of experience as a field Sales Personnel
3. Profit-driven
4. With a valid drivers license
5. Experience in strategy development within Sales and Marketing for lubricant sales
6. Strong interpersonal, networking and communication skills to work with customers
7. Project management and organizational skills
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
9. Effective verbal and written communication skills for use
10. Strong attention to details, problem solving, organizational, oral presentation and writing skills
