RoseRyan, a top accounting advisory firm based in Silicon Valley, is seeking an Assistant Corporate Controller Consultant to join our team. As an Assistant Corporate Controller Consultant, you will work with our clients and our senior finance team to provide comprehensive financial management and strategic guidance. You will assist in overseeing all aspects of financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. You will play a critical role in supporting the clients in achieving their financial goals and driving their success. As a member of the RoseRyan team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries, and be part of a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities - Assist in managing financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
- Support the development and implementation of financial strategies to drive growth and maximize profitability.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in presenting them to clients' senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients' senior management teams in analyzing financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to accounting team members.
- Assist in financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in financial management.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services firm is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in financial management software and systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
