Therapist Professional Development
- Orient ABA Technician and ABA Learning Coach in role and expectations
- With administrative staff, assign caseloads to therapists including 6-month rotation
- Work with administrative team in confirming schedule accuracy for teams and technicians assigned
- Introduce therapist to parent via email and serve as point of contact for families about "fit" of therapist
- Work with staff and provide corrective feedback about professional conduct and behavior
- Complete 30-day review of clinical staff, 60 day review of all clinical staff
- Assign staff caseload based upon Professional Development survey and work with staff to create goals for growth
- Create training goals for Program Lead and ABA Technician staff
- Conduct competency assessments for ABA Tech
- Conduct ongoing supervision of RBTs between 5-7%
Clinical Operations
- Support billing team and BCBA in completion of authorizations and reauthorizations due to current and new clients
- Follow up with Clinical Team regarding satisfaction surveys
- Coordinate with Site Manager for staff reward program based upon the feedback of performance
- Problem-solve with families at the second level (after administrative staff) to support and respond to family concerns
Clinical Expectations and Quality Assurance
- Conduct client program assessment through tools that include VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.
- Maintain parent training schedule with families (3 hours monthly per client, minimal)
- Perform parent training-introduction to our program with all new families
- Perform parent training to an assigned caseload
- Create measurable parent training goals and collect probe data based upon treatment plan
- Conduct initial and reassessments for current clients
- Conduct followup meetings for assessment review
- Maintain 11-12% supervision schedule for client caseload
- Provide onsite training to ABA Direct Therapy staffing
- Liaise between BCBA and Direct Therapy Staff in program implementation
- Ensure that documentation for assigned cases is completed in accordance with Direct Therapy, Supervision, Program Development, and Management
- Ensure accuracy in data collection through observations and collection of IOA data
- Program supervision for assigned cases through onsite and telehealth
- Conduct and coordinate monthly staff professional development training
Case Management
- Maintain monthly metrics of supervision of technician to the client
- Readying reports for authorization
- Maintain schedule of the client at 90% attendance (monthly); 10% tardy (per quarter)
Caseload – 65% billable

- Conduct Assessments, Re-Assessments
- Therapist Training- Client Program Supervision
Community Relationships
- Assist Business and Operations Site Manager as director and needed in meeting attendance and clinical discussions with key markets

Requirements:
- Masters level Psychology, Speech Pathology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis
- Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- 2+ years experience in supervision
- Proven track record in clinical supervision and leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good interpersonal skills, high relational quotient
- Technologically sound in Excel, Presentation, Word,
- Polished self-presentation
