  • Handle team of 2 to 5 people of post customer service team.
  • Make Collection from existing or new customers.
  • Resolve the queries of customer through call / in office.
  • Carried out the flat handover inspection process.
  • Provide loan related information to customer.
  • Maintain relationship with bank or customers.
  • Raise demand letter of customer.
  • Provide details of agreement of customer through mail/whats up/call.
  • Handled agreement/loan related queries of customers.
  • Manage the team and set goal to carried out smooth operation of collection process.
  • Understand about root cause analysis of process.
