Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
  • To prepare MIS & manage Data.
  • To understand the Query and suggest resolutions.
  • Take appropriate action to resolve queries / issues of members.
  • To co-ordinate with all the stake holders like member, location ER and external agencie
  • To help members to login UAN, take corrective action on data-mismatch,
  • Guide members to take necessary steps to transfer EPS and EPS service addition at EPFO records.
  • Liaisons with the government authorities to resolve employee grievances.
  • Awareness of statutory compliance.
Preferred Industries Automobile Accounting/Auditing Manufacturing Education Qualification

MBA / PGDM Master of Labour Studies
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources

General Experience

2 to 5 years of work experience in IR, compliance, auditing.

Critical Experience

Know how and work experience in Compliance
