Assistant Manager - Electronics Cell

Job Description Responsibilities & Key Deliverables - Adequate Knowledge of Maintenance (RCM, Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance analysis, CBM, TBM) and up keeping of all CNC/PLC Machines & Electronics support for measuring system like 3DCMM, Swirl test, various temp. Controller, PID Controllers, etc.
- Hands on experience on various CNC system like Fanuc controls, Siemens system, Mazak system. PLC system like Siemens, Mitsubishi, Messung & HMI Diagnosis, Programming and modifications (link removed)
- Must have knowledge of Computers- Software ( Operating system, programming )/ Hardware ( Motherboard awareness, various ports, etc)
- Knowledge on Information Technology, Industry 4.0 components.
- Project Planning and executions
- Adequate Knowledge of TPM, TQM, ISO, OHSAS, TS.
- System Knowledge -SAP PM module, MS office, MS excel, Good in PPT.
- Adequate Knowledge of Spare Management.
- Capability for handling of manpower.
