  • Handling all HR Generalist Activities related to Recruitment, Selection, Employee Onboarding, Induction, Employee Correspondence, Leave and Attendance management, Salary Processing, HR MIS, Organizational Culture Management, Competency Mapping, HR Audit,
  • Recruitment-Sourcing Candidates from Job Portal, Conducting Interviews, Finalizing candidates.

Desired Candidate s Profile:

  • Very Good communication skills. (English)
  • Extremely self-motivated, hardworking with Go-Getter attitude.
  • Good Presentation Skill.
  • Good coordination skills.
  • Commanding Personality
  • Result oriented.
  • Knowledge about Computer (MS office, Emailing).
  • Experience in HR Generalist Role and Recruitment is preferred.
