  • Proficient and complete understanding of corporate booking tool.
  • Gathering client requirements based on the travel policies or business requirementdocument and listing the requirements for developments of the tool
  • Closely liaisewith the development team for product development
  • Ability and understanding of the technical systems functions& travelrelated products
  • Adaptable to the ongoing industry changes and out going for product demo to clients and training sessions while implementationto client and internal teams.
  • Liaisingwith all internal stakeholdersto understand any new requirements for development and product enhancement.
  • Sound knowledge of implementation for expense tools like, Concur, Happay, Expense anywhere etc.
