Job description

1. Responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring the production plan to ensure timely production improve factory utilization
2. Responsible for creating a strategic forecast of product requirements at product category levels (including new products)
3. Implement and enable comprehensive planning and execution process to deliver high customer service consistently
4. Evolve and implement a consensus-based demand forecast and planning process at product category levels
5. Lead the efforts to ensure collaborative forecasts include inputs, assumptions, and market assessments
6. Design a material requirement plan at an operational and strategic level, to drive efficient inventory management
7. Monitor the demand plan performance to provide detailed input to Sales and Marketing management for use in demand review and SCM meetings
8. Identify future demand process improvements and modify processes, policies, and procedures as needed
