The Assistant Manager will provide support in overseeing and coordinating construction projects. This position requires excellent project management skills, a strong understanding of construction processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects while adhering to quality, safety, and timeline requirements. What You Will Be Doing Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders What You Bring To The Table Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or related technical field Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills Exceptional time management and organizational skills Proven experience in establishing guidelines for others Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - PMP/CAPM/CPM/ MP What Really Wows Us In depth knowledge of real estate development processes, construction methods, and building codes/regulations Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles Entrepreneurial DNA and a high-ownership approach towards challenges The Fine Print Employement Category:Employement Type: Full time Industry: Engineering / Construction Role Category: Engineering / Construction Functional Area: Not Applicable Role/Responsibilies: Assistant Manager - Projects
