Job Description
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes.
- Managing all internal and external stakeholders for any work related to logistics, third party part vendors & project deliveries.
- Vendor development, vendor management; Negotiations, onboarding and contracts, payments, etc.
- Liaison with finance and legal for short term and long-term budget planning; also ensure compliance at all the times.
- Build strong SCM processes and ensure implementation through increased commercial & operational productivity.
- Own billing, reconciliation, and payments process.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience in handling and building relationships with logistics vendors and third party vendors.
- Very strong analytical, time-management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills
- Stakeholder management (Internal / External)
- Ability to gather information and collate them into metrics and dashboards.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
