As an Associate Account Executive at iT1, you will be tasked with a wide scope of responsibilities including overall account management, developing net new business through various outreach methods including cold calling, building and fostering relationships with clients, partners, teammates, and helping to ensure success for clients and iT1. Additionally, you will provide assistance with deal registration, shipment tracking, pricing, sourcing, and quoting to customers, accounts receivable assistance, and general data entry, among other administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Previous sales support or administrative/data entry experience
• Previous experience with sourcing, pricing, quoting, and deal registration
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel, and the ability to learn new software
• Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate workloads amongst team members

Essential Functions:

• Helping to ensure overall success for clients and iT1
• Account management of active accounts
• Building relationships with clients, partners, and teammates
• Prospect into new accounts
• Assist with developing net new business through cold calling, email campaigns, and follow up
• Provide overall excellent customer service to help complete any customer requests and resolve potential issues
• Provide pricing, source product, provide quotes, deal registration
• Support the sales team by completing the order process within our internal systems
• Invoicing of customers
• Providing shipment tracking information to customers and Account Managers
• Work with the Accounting department in supporting accounts payable and receivable processes
• Work with customers and manufacturers to facilitate return requests
• Produce and distribute internal and external reports as needed
• Reach out to existing customers to promote interest in iT1 solutions and services
• Perform other duties as needed

Physical Demands

• Sit at a computer for 8 hours per day
• Keyboarding for 8 hours per day
• Speaking (communicating information to clients/coworkers)
• Hearing Requirements (In person speech, telephone, other sounds)

Job Location

Remote if candidate residence is outside reasonable commute to Tempe, AZ.

In Office if candidate is local to the Tempe, AZ area. (Local candidates preferred.)
