Associate Claims Advisor


Claims Advisors are the intermediaries between clients and insurers during the claims management process, responsible for ensuring claims run smoothly. An Asscociate Claims Advisor plays an important role in day-to-day administrative support.


What can you expect?

Addressing customer inquiries and concerns, explaining insurance policies and procedures, assisting with claims processing, and ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of their coverage and benefits
Claims management for life, health, and travel insurance lines
Interface between clients and insurers: guiding clients through the claims handling process, completing claim files, forwarding claim files to insurers, updating databases, supporting clients until the process is finalized
Tracking the resolution of claims files
Preparation of monthly reports


What you need to have:

Experience in insurance, in the claims field (health, life, travel)
Higher education
Good knowledge of the MS Office package
Knowledge of Romanian and English
Excellent communication, relationship, and negotiation skills
Good conflict management skills
Positive attitude and customer orientation
Initiative and enthusiasm
