Marsh is seeking candidates to join our Surety Team based in Milan. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career in a specialised area of the insurance sector.
The
Surety Specialty
is part of our Credit Specialties, together with the Trade Credit & Political Risks one and is dedicated to implement strategies and solutions to free up credit capacity and mitigate financial risks, providing clients with secure insurance guarantee solutions at competitive conditions.

We will count on you to:

Build and maintain relationships with clients and serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day service needs;
Offer technical advice and make informed recommendations leveraging product expertise, delivering comprehensive reviews of account needs and risks from a managing and financing standpoint
Build a deep understanding of clients needs and priorities, of risk and industry strategies and solutions to develop and provide placement solutions that meet client needs at best;
Keep abreast of changing insurance and risk management market conditions;
Support in the analysis of insurance contracts and ensure compliance with our business protocols and local regulatory requirements.

What you need to have:

Proven experience in insurance / insurance brokerage industries;
Gained expertise on insurance solutions such as Surety Bonds and risk management strategies;
Be results oriented with a strong client service focus;
Fluent in written and spoken English;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
