Wasserman is looking for a motivated individual to join the Brands Client team. This position is responsible for providing support to the account team members and assisting team members with research, client reports and presentations, client services, partnership management, project coordination, and creative approvals for marketing assets. Responds to client needs and requests and is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.

Duties:

  • Assists in the day-to-day management of vertical under the supervision of a Senior Brand Manager and other team members.
  • Manage the strategic, executional, & tactical framework for local NFL partner alliance including fulfillment of all contractual assets such as hard goods, tickets & activation tools
  • Lead deck development for program/event recaps including articulation of programming & written recommendations for planning
  • Provide council & help execute fulfillment for other local special events including but not limited to college football, NFL cultural events, concerts & other athletic events
  • Lead & provide written weekly status reports for both internal status with client teams plus weekly status with NFL partners.
  • Manage & lead daily communication with NFL partner team
  • Support region on annual equity, activation & retail program developmentwith focus on merchandising tactics and solutions
  • Ideate & execute written activation guides for full year 360 planning
  • Develop & present ideas laddering up to client goals/objectives
  • Apply key learnings & best practices from other region successes for planning
  • Management of all investments/cost analysis and fulfillment of financial management
  • Provide overview of noteworthy competitor & NFL partner programming with key takeaways for business application
  • Provide program recaps with insights & opportunities for optimization
  • Regional support in generating prospective & current partner valuations
  • Produce overviews of key deal details, strategy alignment, asset valuation, analysis and considerations to be utilized in potential negotiation conversations
  • Highlight key opportunities, valuations & alignment to strategy for new & current partners
  • Contribute to/lead brainstorming for strategic activation campaigns
  • Develop & lead various vertical reporting including weekly trends & overarching competitive work
  • Maintains positive relationships with clients and partners (e.g. teams, leagues, partner agencies) to ensure account success and encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years work experience is ideal sports experience is preferred
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry, with a working knowledge of whats happening across culture today and into tomorrow.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel.
  • The ability to multi-task and self-manage to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
  • Must be flexible and comfortable to assume multiple roles as needed by the team.
  • Efficient communicator, with internal as well as client stakeholders, who is able to drive decisions.
  • Carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
  • Possess an interest in the role of technology, including digital and social media platforms, in todays consumer sports and entertainment experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Ability to think creatively in a team environment.
  • Must be flexible and react calmly under stressful circumstances. Ability to stay poised and professional when working with well-known talent.
  • Ability to travel for partner programs or activations up to 30%.
