What does success look like from the inside?

- Project contribution and ownership: You work closely with our project teams and make contributions with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, deadlines and energy.
- Project management: We expect you to effectively prioritize your own work and keep the multidisciplinary team (other business designers, digital experimenters, designers & client stakeholders) informed on the progress.
- Self driven learning: You keep yourself up to date in strategy, value proposition & our offering. You actively participate on projects and contribute to overall success of the team.
- Business development: You contribute to business development efforts by supporting deal teams in preparing presentation decks, desk research, sharing/liking posts on LinkedIn, blogposts etc.

- You bring in 1-2 years of relevant experience in an innovation / strategy / AI agency.
- You are eligible to work in the US and youre excited to work from our New York office a few times a week.
- You are interested in designing and executing impactful evaluative and generative experiments using digital tools.
- You have experience setting up quantitative tests
- You are familiar with UX research and you have some experiences validating business hypotheses through qualitative research and digital experiments.
- You identify strongly with our mission, values and culture
