We are hiring a full time associate veterinarian as part of our growing team!

Come join our AMAZING team! We proudly operate two veterinarian owned hospitals - Country Companion Animal Hospital and the Animal Hospital of Chester County. We are busy, modern hospitals utilizing digital radiographs, ultrasound, digital dental radiographs, in-house CBC and Chemistry machines, in house PT/PTT machine, therapeutic laser, and full surgical facilities. Part of our business includes canine reproduction work but this part of the job is not a requirement for a new associate. Normal surgery days consist of spay, neuter, dentals, mass removals but our experienced doctors also routinely perform gastropexy, abdominal explores, PU surgery, FHO, amputation, enucleation, etc. to name a few. If you are interested in surgery we are happy to encourage and foster an environment to grow your skills as a surgeon or incorporate your current skills into our practice!

We have a traveling ultrasonographer and cardiologist available weekly and are close to many referral and emergency facilities. We are committed to ensuring our employees achieve a consistent work-life balance. Hours would be a set, revolving schedule working approximately 40 hours per week. One day off during the regular work week and a flexible schedule. Schedule involves working one (rarely two) Saturdays a month and the rotating schedule offers a three-day weekend every third week. We strive for at least a 1:3 doctor to tech ratio and have predominantly certified veterinary technicians on staff.
