Central Health Management is engaged on a search for a qualified Physician to provide primary care services for patients in post-acute care on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. We are looking for a Physician who is compassionate with geriatric patients, works well with Nurse Practitioners and supportive clinical and administrative staff.
This role offers a flexible schedule, on-call to your Advanced Practice Providers, Facility Administration and client staff. Medical Professional Liability Insurance is covered. EMR and dictation services are available.

To qualify:
- MD/DO from accredited Medical School
- Active Virginia license to practice in good standing
- Active DEA license in good standing
- BC/BE Family or Internal Medicine
- Open to travel in the general area
- Vaccinated for COVID, Influenza and Hepatitis B
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
