The Tampa office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking an attorney with 5+ years of experience to litigate first party and third party casualty insurance claims. Assistant State Attorney, Assistant Public Defender, and/or Assistant Attorney General experience is highly desired. Insurance defense experience helpful but not required. Requirements Strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy. Experience in taking and defending depositions, discovery, and pre-trial motions. Ability to provide excellent customer service to our clients, with a client first mindset. Must be competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel. Experience with Westlaw and Adobe highly desired. Draft/review substantive pleadings and motions. Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients.
