Williams Parker, the regions largest and oldest law firm, is actively seeking experienced attorneys that specialize in the following areas: trusts and estates (tax LL.M. required), corporate and tax (tax LL.M. required), probate litigation (trial experience required), business litigation (trial experience required), and construction litigation to join our client-centric team in the Sarasota, FL area. Requirements

  • Experience working with sophisticated and complex matters and high net worth clients.
  • Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to exceptional client service and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work as part of a collaborative team of attorneys and paralegals on substantive matters.
  • Exhibit strong technical knowledge in practice area, including excellent research and legal writing skills.
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Possess an enthusiastic attitude with demonstrated initiative, reliability, and an exceptional drive for results.
  • Ability to work independently and under tight timelines; and to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • An LL.M. in Taxation is strongly preferred, but the lack of an LL.M. can be substituted with the right depth of experience.
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school, and Florida Bar Admission in the near future is required.
