About The Role & Team:
At 5 Words Media, we're committed to being patient guides for the growth of churches, leveraging repeatable processes and cultivating long-term relationships. Our core team consists of ministry experts with a fervor for supporting churches, all while having the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology. We're dedicated and diligent, but we also know how to have fun.
Our operations team is looking for enthusiastic and energetic Project Manager candidates with leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be someone with solid AVL experience who enjoys leading teams and working with people. Applicants should be willing to learn new techniques on the installation of AVL equipment for new builds and upgrades, and to work with the rest of our in-house teams managing the installation of projects and closing them out.

You'll be an invaluable addition to our team if you are good at:
- Taking control of the planning, installing and closing out of multiple projects assigned
- Overseeing and directing project technicians onsite and directing their work
- Managing client issues regarding setting and managing expectations regarding scheduling and scope of work
- Planning of resources and logistics
- Managing all legal, commercial, and operational documentation required
- Maintaining client relationships while achieving the timelines and quality standards set by 5WM
