Title: Audio/Visual Support Technician
Location: Lisle, IL (must be local and onsite)
Duration: 1 Year
Description
-Audio/Visual support at our Lisle facility.
-This includes support of all our conference rooms, auditorium, training rooms, and board rooms.
-This will include basic troubleshooting of PCs used in conference rooms as well as basic troubleshooting of the Teams equipment and TV's.
-This position would also include starting WebEx and Teams Live calls for large group events.
Audio/Visual Support Technician
-We are looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented audio-visual technician to join our team.
-The responsibilities of the audio-visual technician include basic support of conference room hardware and pc.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and WebEx.
Audio Visual Technician Responsibilities:
-Manage and Support the existing hardware in our conference rooms, Auditorium, Board Rooms, and training rooms at our facility in Lisle, IL.
-Basic troubleshooting of Teams equipment used in the conference rooms (includes PC).
-Run WebEx and Teams Live meetings for large group events.
-Perform inventory management on equipment through ServiceNow.
-Handle equipment support issues through the ServiceNow ticket system.
