Hire Resolve is currently seeking a dedicated Audit Associate for an exciting opportunity in Atlanta, GA. As an Audit Associate, you will be an essential part of our clients audit team, conducting detailed financial analysis, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing valuable insights to our clients

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
• Review and analyze client financial statements and related documents to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
• Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures to assess the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Collaborate with team members to develop audit plans and strategies.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and financial controls.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA certification or working towards CPA qualification.
• Proven experience in public accounting, specifically in auditing.
• Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficient in the use of audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
