Hire Resolve, a leading and reputable company in the industry, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager Senior to join their client's dynamic team. As an Audit Manager Senior, you will play a crucial role in managing audit engagements, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving growth for both the team members and the company. Our client is a minority-owned Albuquerque CPA firm formed by three Principals born and raised in New Mexico. With over 50 years of combined prior experience at local and regional CPA firms, who specialize in providing services to governmental and nonprofit organizations in New Mexico and surrounding states

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee audit engagement teams
• Provide high-quality client service and maintain positive client relationships
• Foster growth and development of team members
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards
• Identify and communicate business risks and opportunities to clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in auditing/accounting
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
