Lord Motors Ltd. is looking for 1 Auto Dealership Manager to join them ASAP.

Business Address: 8747 Ivy Ave, Burnaby, BC V5J 3H4
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 to 35 hours a week)
Wage: $35.00 to $37.00 per hour (based on experience)

Duties:
• Recruit, train, and supervise dealership staff.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
• Manage the dealership's vehicle inventory, ensuring it aligns with market demand.
• Implement cost-control measures and strategies to improve profitability.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Engage in negotiations with suppliers, manufacturers, and other business partners.
• Handle negotiations with customers for vehicle sales and trade-ins.

Job requirements:
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in similar field is required.
• Essential skills: Must have good organizational and public relations skills.
