Note: The team is seeking a candidate having strong experience in Python Automation and Embedded Device testing.  
Roles and Responsibilities
Create and Manage test automation framework for Embedded Device Testing.
Create and Manage automation lab for products setup
Assist Onsite Offshore team with writing and performing manual and automated test cases
Design, document, implement and maintain automation test cases to verify functionalities and features of Embedded
product devices
Continuously evaluate tools and technologies to improve test automation and lab infrastructure
Work in close coordination with development teams for product/feature requirements, design, and review test plan
and test coverage
Working with development and other SQA team at customer locations, reproducing the issue, debugging the issues, gathering 
the required logs as per the development team's request
Monitor the test coverage with respect to the defects and propose and take corrective and preventive action
Make sure the test cycle is completed within the timeline by coordinating different teams, resolving their issues, and reporting issues 
to development team
Provide continuous guidance to the offshore team and resolve queries.

Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Leading multilocation teams (India, USA)
Effective communication and Excellent leadership skills to collaborate with onsite and offshore engineering teams.
Strong coding experience with Python and PyTest
Having experience with Embedded Device testing based on Wifi, Bluetooth, Ethernet, HDMI
Having experience with Telnet, SSH, API Testing, RS232
Having experience with Different router configurations, Ethernet Switch, USB Hubs, HDMI Splitter, Web Power Switch 
kinds of automation test setup components 
Strong analytical abilities to analyze the effectiveness of the test and build results and make the appropriate 
improvements.
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
Experience with JIRA, Jama, and source code management (SCM) tools (Subversion, Git, Jenkins, etc.)
Experience with managing Linux and Windows systems
Experience with Jenkins Tool and CI/CD pipelines
Quickly adapt new technology and complete assigned tasks in a defined timeline
Ability to propose new ideas on how to improve customer satisfaction and quality of product.
Ability to carefully examine requirements and specifications to anticipate quality issues and provide timely feedback 
when specifications are incomplete or inaccurate.
Experience working with India offshore team.

Education:- Bachelors Degree
