Technical Skills:

• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using automated test tools like SmartBear
• Leads the test design and execution in performance and robustness for cloud-ready & microservices based cloud-native architecture for release and PI
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans, scenario analysis and test cases for Performance, Robustness areas
• Hands on Experience of Automation Framework Creation and Optimization.
• Knowledge of continuous Integration using Jenkins, GIT.
• Good Understanding of API , Micro services and Test Methodologies for APIs.
• Hands on Experience of API Testing Tools like, SOAP UI.
• Good Understanding of Enterprise Level Implementation of APIs and API Deployment Platform.
• Experience in API Automation Frameworks and test management tools like qTest
• Experience of working Build tools like Maven etc
• Specialist in performance test areas with close understanding of customer scenarios, load tools etc
• Should be able to understand the technical details of the product and assist the development team in troubleshooting issues.
• Should be able to analyse the quality of the product before rolling to customers by analyzing and validating defect leakages.
• Experience in Genesys call routing, WWE (Agent Desktop) CTI custom softphone applications; IVRs validation is a plus.
• Experience in developing manual and automation test strategies with CYARA.
• Experience in designing and developing scalable, flexible, and cross-platform automation test frameworks.
• Provide the overall QA status reporting and escalate risks in a timely manner to management and assist in resolution.
• Responsible for ongoing continuous improvement to build testing efficiency and effectiveness through the use of innovative QA practices and automation tools.
