What is the Opportunity?

We are an automotive manufacturer that creates bumpers for different automotive companies. We are looking for Automotive Assembly Line Workers to assemble small parts onto the inside of the bumpers. You will be using your hands or machines to do the job with precision ensuring that quality parts are made.

What will you be doing?

As an Automotive Assembly Line Worker, you will be assembling bumpers on an assembly line. The responsibilities can include placing small items onto the bumpers by hand (bolts, screws, clips and brackets). From time to time, you will be using air drills to tighten the parts. Once the bumper is completed, you will be placing the bumper onto the rack. (Bumpers can weigh up to 25 lbs.)

Available Shift(s)

1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm

(OT required on some days; 8-12 hour shift)

3rd Shift: 6:00pm - 6:00am

Requirements

What are the Expectations?

• Ability to use tools.
• Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal).
• Listen to directions from supervisors.
• Communicate errors on production line.
• Must be able to bend and lift to 25 lbs.
• Must be able stand for up to 12 hours.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.
• Must be a team player and willing to work with those in their assigned lines or groups.
