Job Title: Azure Cloud Infrastructure Applications Architect Type of work: On-site. 1 year contract (Open to renewal). Location: Tallahassee, FL. (ONSITE) Responsibilities: Design, install, maintain, and document all server and cloud platform requirements in an enterprise scale Microsoft Azure Active Directory cloud platform, as directed. These duties include but are not limited to: system administration, server maintenance, monthly patching, daily monitoring, error tracking, issue remediation and change control. Perform proactive daily monitoring for all platforms serviced by the Enterprise Cloud Support Team, as directed as follows: high availability, system data protection, central authentication, user account management, disk storage management, hardware and OS maintenance, and application maintenance. Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by customers, system administrators and support teams, daily, as directed. Provide technical expertise to users, management, vendors and peers for issues involving other business offices and vendors, daily, as directed. Provide documented resolutions to Service Desk and Change Management tickets, daily, as directed. Requirements: - 5 years of experience with enterprise class Windows Server system design and administration, including the proactive monitoring of system environments and problem resolution, user support, system application support, Operating System (OS) support, hardware/software system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- 5 years of experience as an enterprise administrator in Azure and Azure Active Directory domain infrastructure.
- 5 years of experience with cloud technologies including architecting, implementation, management, and maintenance of a Cloud based platforms.
- 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and administering cloud networking solutions such as Virtual Networks and Express Route.
- 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and administering DevOps solutions in a cloud environment such as Azure or AWS.
- 1 year of experience designing, implementing, and administering cloud tagging, costing, charge-back and scaffolding solutions on the Azure or AWS cloud.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
