Job DescriptionAzure Senior CloudOps Engineer Core Skills Cloud Operations Eng. with system administration Manually deploying, configuring and troubleshooting - Virtual Machines, Network Security Groups, Azure Monitor, Log analytics, Insights, backup and Site Recovery Knowledge of other cloud services will be added advantage. And OS administration exp. Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various Windows version e.g. 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 etc. and or Linux OS flavors and versions such as Red Hat Linux/ RHEL, Suse Linux etc. Knowledge of Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting applications on Windows and or Linux. Secondary Skills Experience with Terraform and infra as a code automation tools. Knowledge of using Playbooks or Cookbooks to automate the installations, deployments, configuration management and application life cycle management tasks using Ansible, Chef etc. Experience with Docker container life cycle management, Docker service management, Docker. volumes Knowledge on Azure DevOps build - deployment pipelines / Jenkins for automating the code compilation, packaging, docker image builds and deployments. Knowledge of using Git, Subversion, perforce etc. for version control. Experience with log monitoring tools like Splunk, ELK Stack.
