The Azure DevOps engineer will help in maintenance of a custom integration pipeline between ServiceNow and Azure DevOps. The integration pipeline is built using Azure services like CosmosDB, Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps and the .NET stack. This will not have a web interface and so skills in technologies like ASP.net or equivalent are not required.
Principal Responsibilities
- Onboard new teams to the custom integration pipeline and work with them to configure, customize and test the integration.
- Work closely with the Business Analyst to understand business requirements and transform them to technical implementations.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues with the pipeline as they arise.
- Customize the CI/CD pipelines, when required.
Qualifications?
- 5+ years of work experience in developing .NET applications using C#.
- 3+ years of hands on experience deploying cloud-based applications in Azure and using collaborative version control systems (GitHub/ Subversion/ Bitbucket).
- 2+ years of experience using infrastructure automation tools like Terraform
- Experience developing applications using Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work well independently and maintain focus in a highly dynamic work environment.?
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptive capacity for rapidly changing priorities and workloads
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
